Autumn brings cool, dry weather, large temperature differences between day and night, and increased wind. Mornings are often dewy and the ground is slippery, making it the prime season for hoisting operations. However, this season also presents numerous hidden safety hazards. Zhengzhou Kebu Technology Co., Ltd., with its strong R&D capabilities, excellent manufacturing processes, and comprehensive quality system, has created stable and reliable spider crane equipment, earning the trust of a wide range of customers. KB crane consistently prioritizes both quality and safety, providing high-quality equipment while continuously promoting standardized operating procedures. Considering the characteristics of autumn weather, we have compiled safety precautions for spider crane operations in autumn to help ensure safe and efficient construction on site.

Autumn is a season of frequent gusts of wind and dry air, making it a critical period for hoisting operations. A strict single-person command system must be implemented on construction sites. If multiple people are giving commands, operations must cease immediately to prevent confusion and accidents. At least two people must be on duty at the work site, and all personnel must wear safety helmets. Standing under the boom is strictly prohibited. Autumn brings frequent strong winds, and sudden gusts can easily cause the load to sway or shift. Overloading and oblique lifting are strictly prohibited during operations, and hoisting operations must be stopped immediately during windy weather. Simultaneously, the dry air increases the risk of fire; the crane body must be kept clean and tidy, and flammable, explosive, and hazardous materials must not be stored there to eliminate fire hazards on the construction site.
Furthermore, the tight construction schedule in autumn can lead to complacency and fatigue among operators. High concentration must be maintained during operations, and idle chatter, distraction, and leaving one's post are strictly prohibited. When moving a load, ensure the road surface is firm and level to avoid rainwater runoff and ground subsidence. After the operation is completed, park the equipment in the designated location, reset all operating handles, disconnect the power, and perform dustproof, moisture-proof, and freeze-proof maintenance on the equipment.
Having cultivated the hoisting industry for many years, KB crane has always been committed to integrity and quality, using rigorous processes to solidify the foundation of equipment safety and professional services to safeguard construction safety. In the future, KB crane will continue to focus on the mini hoisting field, constantly optimizing product performance, popularizing safe construction knowledge, and providing customers with high-quality products and comprehensive services.
