First-level technical maintenance
Once a month, it is carried out by maintenance personnel. In addition to the daily maintenance, the inspection and maintenance content also includes:
(1) Check the installation and fixation status of each pin shaft and the wear and lubrication status.
(2) Check whether all bolts are loose or short.
(3) Check the bolt tightness of the base of the motor, hydraulic pump, etc., and tighten them one by one.
(4) Check the wear of the wire rope at the pulley and lubricate the pulley and pulley shaft.
(5) Check the condition of the pulley to see if it is flexible, whether there is damage or cracks, and pay special attention to the wear of the fixed pulley shaft.
(6) Check the operating condition of the machine. There should be no torsion and swing when starting and stopping.
(7) Check if there is oil leakage at the oil pipe joint and eliminate the oil leakage.
(8) Check the working condition of the oil pump. There should be no abnormal sound and the temperature should be normal.
Secondary technical maintenance
Inspection and maintenance are carried out once a year by maintenance personnel. In addition to the monthly inspection, the following should be included:
(1) Check the wheels to remove stains and lubricate the bearings.
(2) Check if there are open welds and rust on the main welds of the boom and car body. The rust should not exceed 10% of the original plate thickness. Check if there are fatigue cracks on the main load-bearing parts; check if various pins and brackets are intact; check the boom bolts and tighten them once.
(3) Check the deformation of the boom.
(4) Clean the hydraulic system oil filter to ensure that the oil circuit is unobstructed.
(5) Check the wear of the fixing pin shaft of the frame.
(6) Tighten all connecting bolts and fastening bolts on the machine.
(7) Check the working condition of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder should not retract, leak oil or jump.
(8) Remove impurities such as sludge sediment in the hydraulic oil tank.
