The KBBY2.5 tracked all-terrain truck produced by KB crane can be used for both hoisting and transportation. It can realize self-loading, self-unloading, self-transportation and other functions, improve production labor efficiency and reduce the probability of safety hazards. It has the advantages of good flexibility, easy operation, compact structure, light and flexible operation, stable performance, reliable use and convenient maintenance. Today KB crane will share with you how to adjust the rubber tracks of all-terrain trucks. I hope it will be helpful to you!

The walking mode of the equipment is crawler walking. This mechanism supports the rubber track through the walking tension adjustment cylinder, inducer wheel, load-bearing wheel, etc. The tightness of the rubber track can be adjusted by adjusting the tension cylinder.

There is an adjustment port on the outside of the frame where the tensioning cylinder valve block is installed (see the picture above). After opening the adjustment cover, you can see the grease nipple reserved on the tensioning cylinder, through which the track can be adjusted. Tight adjustment.

If the equipment is used for a period of time and the track is found to be loose, you can use the grease gun in the vehicle accessory tool to inject oil through the grease nipple to tighten the track and prevent the track from being too loose, falling off and being damaged.
