1) Do not adjust or dismantle the torque limiter and safety protection device of the crawler spider crane at will.
2) The crawler spider crane must operate according to the specified lifting requirements, and must not be overloaded or lift objects of unknown weight. It is prohibited to use lifting hooks to pull or lift diagonally.
3) When lifting a full load, the crawler spider crane must be placed on a solid level ground, and the heavy object must be lifted 20 ~ 50mm off the ground first. The crawler crane must be inspected and confirmed to have reliable stability and braking before continuing to lift.
4) When the crawler crane is traveling with a load, it should not be moved too hastily.
5) When strong winds exceed level 6 and the wind speed is 5m/s, the lifting operation should be stopped immediately.
6) Choose a flat, solid ground to park the crawler crane. If the ground may be sinking or uneven, it should be filled with suitable outrigger pads or sleepers to ensure a solid foundation.
7) Crawler cranes should operate within the permitted range.
8) No safety hazards are allowed in the working area of the crawler crane.
